Apple Cider Vinegar
We all have heard of the benefits of apple vinegar, yet it is so simple, inexpensive and versatile that we just overlook this magnificent golden liquid.
Apple vinegar has many trace minerals and vitamins. It aids as an antiseptic and disinfectant and adjusts out skin to a healthy ph.
You can use it undiluted to combat:
- Bad breath – Mouthwash
- Foot odor – Wash
- Insect bites – Compress
- Inflammations – Compress, Bath
Used as a rinse after washing and conditioning your hair will leave it silky with a nice sheen and easy to comb. It will also combat split ends due to the acidity of the vinegar. It pulls the damaged hairstructure together.

Mix a teaspoon of oil (your choice, perhaps almond oil?) and a teaspoon apple vinegar and massage well into your hands.
